Seven Stars Benefits Casino-By-Casino*

In general, the following benefits are available at all Caesars casino hotels:

  • Complimentary Internet access and one in-room movie per day. (Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort and Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino & Hotel offer unlimited in-room movies.)

  • Complimentary admission for cardholder and up to three guests into Seven Stars and Laurel Lounges and General Manager's Clubs. NOTE: In Atlantic City, Seven Stars cardholders may bring only one guest into the Seven Stars Lounge; however, Seven Stars cardholders with 500,000 or more tier credits may bring up to three guests.

  • Special Caesars Rewards pricing, or a percent-/dollars-off discount at many Caesars-owned restaurants and food outlets – they're getting fewer and fewer.

  • Complimentary valet and self-parking, with expedited delivery to those using valet (and, at some locations, dedicated lanes for valet).

  • Special Seven Stars, Seven Stars/Diamond or VIP check-in lines, or, at some locations, a special room for check-in. If there is no special line indicated, politely go to the head of the line and show your Seven Stars card.

ARIZONA

Harrah’s Ak-Chin Phoenix

  • 2 free buffets daily – must be used in one visit (plus priority entrance and special seating area).

      • Theater ticket discount (show your Caesars Rewards card at the Ultrastar Multi-tainment Center and get an adult admission ticket for the price of a children's ticket; some restrictions apply).

    • Four complimentary cocktails daily (available at the Caesars Rewards Center or the Laurel Lounge) to be used on the casino floor, at the Lounge Bar, in the Laurel Lounge, Poker Room or Bingo Hall, and while playing table games. You also can exchange them for non-alcoholic beverages at the Copper Cactus. The vouchers have a maximum value of $7 each, and they expire at 2 a.m. the morning after they're issued. Additional vouchers – up to a total of eight per person – will be issued for every 50 tier credits earned.

  • Seven Stars cardholders can cap, i.e., “lock down,” a slot machine for up to three hours within a 24-hour period. Previously they could cap a machine for up to four hours. Seven Stars cardholders may call in up to one hour prior to their arrival to the casino to have their machine capped (if that particular machine is not occupied). The machine may be reserved up to one hour.

    • Welcome amenity (when staying in the hotel).

    • Unlimited visits to the Laurel Lounge (bring up to three guests and get up to three vouchers for a choice of appetizers and desserts). For details, visit the Ak-Chin webpage and scroll down to "Seven Stars Lounge."

CALIFORNIA

Harrah’s Southern California Resort

    • 2 free buffets daily.

    • 10 percent discount on food in restaurants.

    • $10 per person discount off price of buffet.

    • Seven Stars cardholders can "cap" a slot or video poker machine for up to two hours; one hour for Diamond cardholders. Note, though, that not all machines can be capped.

    • If not paying with Reward Credits, 25 percent discount on spa services (cardholders not receiving a service get complimentary access to the spa – lockers, sauna, etc. – for themselves, but their guests will pay $35 Monday through Thursday; $45 Friday through Sunday).

ILLINOIS

Harrah’s Joliet Hotel & Casino

    • Complimentary dessert at The Reserve.

  • Complimentary buffet for two or $25 credit at Cross Street Grill for hotel guests – one coupon for each night of your stay.

    • Priority seating at the buffet and other restaurants.

    • Bottled water if you valet park.

  • Separate cage window at the cashier in the High Limit area.

    • Special menu in the Laurel Lounge.

    • All Caesars Rewards cardholders get a 10 percent discount off all menu items (except alcohol) at The Reserve. Wednesdays are "Wine Wednesdays" – 50 percent off all bottles except Champagne.

Harrah’s Metropolis Casino & Hotel

    • 4 free buffets every month.

    • Priority seating at the buffet, as well as a special dessert selection at the buffet (also available to Diamond cardholders).

    • Eight parking spaces reserved for Seven Stars cardholders, but it's on the honor system.

    • Priority check-in at the hotel, access to suites, and turn-down service.

INDIANAHorseshoe Hammond

    • Seven Stars Lounge. There is a free cocktail hour in the Seven Stars Lounge on Fridays and Saturdays. Check for hours. If you're there on the seventh of any month, there is a special themed evening, e.g., bourbon tasting and cigar night, from 6 to 10 p.m.

  • Seven Stars and Diamond cardholders can get a free shuttle pass – a $20 value – back to Chinatown in Chicago (Red Line stop). Go to the desk inside the bus pick-up/drop-off area.

  • Dedicated lines at the buffet and Caesars Rewards.

  • Priority valet parking service.

  • Special reserved self-parking (see above). You'll need a special access card which you must get in the Seven Stars Lounge or at Caesars Rewards. It takes approximately 24 hours to activate it.

Caesars Southern Indiana - TEMPORARILY CLOSED

  • Daily between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. in the Piazza, Seven Stars cardholders and their guests each can get a free entrée and two sides. (A "side" is defined as a side dish, bottled drink or dessert.) The guest must be present.

  • Seven Stars cardholders get a choice of six Pepsi products (soda, water and juices) which are delivered to their rooms after they check-in.

  • Seven Stars cardholders can golf at Chariot Run with three guests for free as long as a tee time is available.

IOWA

Harrah's Council Bluffs

  • 10 percent discount at Stir Cove Backstage Grill. This benefit also is extended to Platinum and Diamond cardholders, but it cannot be combined with coupons, special offers or when you are using Reward Credits.

  • Special pricing for all Caesars Rewards cardholders at the buffet.

  • Special entrance for Seven Stars and Diamond cardholders at the Stir Concert Cove.

  • Special gated parking on the second level of the self-park garage. (Get a special access card at the Laurel Lounge either at Harrah's or Horseshoe Council Bluffs.)

  • Special pricing for all Caesars Rewards cardholders at the buffet.

LOUISIANA

Harrah's Louisiana Downs Casino and Racetrack

  • There are dedicated Seven Stars and Diamond lines at the casino's Caesars Rewards Center/Cashier, as well as at the Promotions Center.

  • Each day Seven Stars cardholders get a complimentary Racing Form (valued at $8), program (valued at $3) and Simulcast Guide (valued at $5) – up to two per day.

  • In addition, Seven Stars cardholders get up to four draft beers or non-alcoholic drinks per day, as well as box seats in the racing area. (Diamond cardholders get $3 off the purchase of the Racing Form, 50 percent off the price of up to four draft beers or non-alcoholic beverages, and 20 percent off the cost of a box seat.)

    • John Frank's Turf Club is open at no charge to Seven Stars and Diamond cardholders. It's on the track level, has several television monitors and betting terminals, and a private patio for watching races. There is no food or beverage service, but you can bring food and drinks into the club.

Horseshoe Council Bluffs

Special gated parking on the first level of the self-park garage. (Get a special access card at the Laurel Lounge either at Harrah's or Horseshoe Council Bluffs.)

Horseshoe Bossier City

  • Complimentary glass of wine for Seven Stars (and Diamond) cardholders and party at the buffet (breakfast, lunch and dinner), as well as a special seating area for Seven Stars and Diamond cardholders.

  • All Caesars Rewards cardholders receive a $1 per person discount at lunch and brunch, and $2 per person at dinner.

  • Priority seating at dining venues.

  • Dedicated lines at Caesars Rewards Centers and cashiers.

  • Special Seven Stars parking in outdoor lot (subject to availability).

Harrah's New Orleans

  • Concierge will print airline boarding passes and check you in online, if applicable.

  • $1 discount for breakfast, lunch and brunch buffets, and a $2 discount at dinner. (Diamond, Platinum and Gold cardholders get the same discounts.)

  • Up to eight complimentary cocktails per day at the Laurel Lounge, Hoodoo Lounge or, Poker Bar, Masquerade. Give your Seven Stars card to your server or the bartender. You will not be charged.

MARYLAND

Horseshoe Baltimore

    • Complimentary valet and self-parking

  • Dedicated reserved parking on Level 3.

  • Priority seating at Guy Fieri's Baltimore Kitchen & Bar.

  • Discounted cocktails in the VIP Lounge.

  • Birthday Celebration Dinner credit (only for Seven Stars cardholders whose "dominant" casino is Horseshoe Baltimore) – restrictions apply.

  • Priority beverage and slot service on the casino floor.

MISSISSIPPI

Harrah's Gulf Coast

    • Once a month Bellissimo Spa & Salon offers a $120 credit. Alternatively, golfers can choose two free rounds per month at Grand Bear Golf Course.

  • Two complimentary buffets daily.

  • Every Friday from 4 to 5 p.m. (Central) Seven Stars cardholders and their guest can enjoy complimentary beverages at Magnolia House by Kelly English. On occasion Chef Josh or Chef Kelly will provide a special treat.

    • Complimentary grilled-to-order boneless 8 oz. rib-eye steak at Flavors Buffet (for Seven Stars cardholder and a guest – at lunch and dinner). Seven Stars and Diamond cardholders also get cloth napkins.

  • Reserved spaces (four, but one is for handicapped) on the third floor of the self-park garage across from the casino/hotel entrance. (There also are 10 spaces reserved for Diamond cardholders.)

Horseshoe Tunica

    • There is a dedicated line at check-in (which is shared with Diamond cardholders).

    • There is a dedicated line at the buffet (which is shared with Diamond cardholders). The buffet also has a dedicated section for Seven Stars cardholders. Unlike the rest of the buffet, tables in this section have fresh flowers, white tablecloths and white cloth napkins.

    • There is a section of 18 spaces on the first floor of the self-parking lot reserved for Seven Stars cardholders. However, this is on the honor system and no one monitors these.

    • It's also worth asking at the Casino Host desk for complimentary buffet passes and, before checking out, ask a host to review your charges. These may end up being comped rather than using your Caesars Rewards credits.

    • Seven Stars cardholders get a 20 percent discount on services; Diamond cardholders get 15 percent. Seven Stars and Diamond cardholders also get complimentary access to lockers, showers, the dry sauna and other amenities.

MISSOURI

Harrah's North Kansas City

  • Special Seven Stars check-in office at the hotel.

  • Priority lines at the buffet and cashier.

  • Round-trip airport transportation (contact a host or VIP Services to make arrangements).

NEVADA

Lake Tahoe

  • Improv - Seven Stars cardholders may receive up to two free tickets to the Improv.

  • Lift Tickets - Complimentary lift tickets no longer are available, but Harrah's and Harveys "are still open to reimbursement based on play if you choose to purchase your own lift tickets,” according to Jason Brookes, casino marketing supervisor.

  • Complimentary Cocktails - Show your Seven Stars card at any bar for a complimentary cocktail.

  • Reflections Spa (Harrah's) - 20 percent discount on spa services.

(Note that, while the cruise also is listed as a benefit for both Harrah’s and Harveys, Seven Stars cardholders may not combine these offers. In other words, there is a limit of four yacht tickets per year per Seven Stars cardholder.)

Las Vegas

    • Except at Paris, complimentary entry to spas and fitness centers for cardholder and one guest. Qua at Caesars Palace offers a 15 percent discount on services; Paris offers 20 percent, as well as a $20 "day pass" (but currently does not accept Reward Credits). Ask about discounts at the other Las Vegas spas.

    • Two free tickets monthly to selected shows, e.g., Mac King, Jeff Civillico, Penn and Teller, or attractions, e.g., Eiffel Tower Experience, High Roller. (Check for latest availability.)

    • Complimentary admittance for cardholder and one guest to VooDoo Lounge at Rio.

  • Complimentary admittance for cardholder and one guest to Drai's Beach Club at The Cromwell. In the evening Seven Stars cardholders and a guest get priority entrance.

  • Priority entrance and complimentary entrance for two to Omnia at Caesars Palace.

  • Special Seven Stars entrances at all buffets and certain other dining venues. (Either look for a sign, or tell the host or hostess you have a Seven Stars card for next available seating.)

  • The Starbucks at Planet Hollywood and the Starbucks at Caesars Palace (the one across from VIP check-in) offer a VIP Express Line for Seven Stars, Diamond and Platinum cardholders.

  • Seven Stars cardholders and a guest get free entry into the Spa at The LINQ, open daily 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Seven Stars cardholders also receive 25 percent off services. Reservations can be made by calling 702-794-3242 or emailing LinqSpa@Caesars.com.

  • Complimentary glass of house wine or champagne to Seven Stars and Diamond cardholders [and their guest(s)] at the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace.

  • Complimentary glass of house wine at Le Village buffet at Paris for Seven Stars cardholder and guests.

  • Complimentary boarding pass printing. (Go the Seven Stars/Diamond check-in to request this. In the Caesars Palace Seven Stars/Diamond check-in, as well as the Laurel Lounge, there is a self-serve computer and printer you can use.)

    • Exclusive of certain "high demand" times, once every six months Seven Stars cardholders – staying at a Caesars property in Las Vegas – and up to three guests receive a complimentary round of golf both at Cascata and Rio Secco Golf Club. The cardholder’s Companion cardholder may use the benefit in place of the Seven Stars cardholder. (The Companion cardholder must show the card with a valid ID to check-in at the course.) An executive host must make arrangements for the golf outing. NOTE: This golf outing may be used only once every six months in Las Vegas, and not once every six months per Caesars property in Las Vegas. (Additional accompanying guests of Seven Stars and Diamond cardholders may be eligible for discounts off the prevailing greens fee rate, but there may be a limit to the total maximum number of players eligible.)

Harrah's Laughlin
