Horseshoe Cincinnati Reopens As JACK Cincinnati Casino
Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati closed at 11:59 p.m. June 6 and reopened as JACK Cincinnati Casino on June 8.  Reportedly JACK Entertainment is spending approximately $40 million to rebrand the former ThistleDown Racino, the Horseshoes in Cincinnati and Cleveland, as well as Greektown Casino in Detroit.   The rebranded JACK Cincinnati Casino will join JACK ThistleDown Racino and JACK Cleveland Casino to be part of a new ClubJACK player loyalty program.  Players no longer will earn Total Rewards tier credits or Reward Credits.  Eventually Greektown Casino Hotel in Detroit will become JACK Detroit Casino Hotel Greektown.  JACK Entertainment's ClubJACK is a four-level rewards program.   The levels, each with rewards slightly higher than the previous grade, are:

J - Just getting warmed up.
A - All in and then some.
C - Center of attention.
K - Kings live like this.

While ClubJACK will replace Total Rewards at the Ohio casinos, the value of any Reward Credits players earned at those casinos will be given to customers in the form of free play, at about 60 percent of their value, i.e., 1,000 RCs ($10) equals approximately $6 in free play.  Players also will retain their tier level, i.e., Seven Stars cardholders will automatically receive a K card, Diamond cardholders will automatically receive a C card, etc.

If you have any Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati chips and slot machine receipts you have until Sept. 6 to redeem the chips and 180 days after the date the slot machine receipt was created.  You will not be able to use them at JACK Cincinnati Casino.  Horseshoe Casino chips or payout slips cannot be used at other Caesars properties.
